Downing Street reports on Prime Minister Cameron’s cosy chat with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu:

“The PM also stressed the importance of urgently lifting the blockade of Gaza, and allowing full access for humanitarian aid.”

William Hague:

I call on the Government of Israel to open the crossings to allow unfettered access for aid to Gaza, and address the serious concerns about the deterioration in the humanitarian and economic situation and about the effect on a generation of young Palestinians.”

Nick Clegg (Deputy Prime Minister)

“… unjustified and untenable blockade of Gaza… what is going on in Gaza is a humanitarian catastrophe”

Yet all three also say Israel has a right to defend itself against attack. They do not see the contradiction.

Clearly none of them is prepared to even mention Hamas and its genocidal intent. None of them is prepared to do the slightest research into the organisers or con-dem the Turkish government for allowing the provocation. In other words, Israel must allow ‘unfettered access’ so that its enemies can supply its other enemies with rockets and weaponry to further persecute their war of terror against Israel.

So you now know what you voted for, guys, more craven surrender-monkeys who are quite happy to see NATO or the US flatten a few villages in Afghanistan or for the Sri Lankan government to cover up massacres or the North Koreans to sink ships or for the Turks to bomb Kurds or the Americans to detain people illegally and torture them, to target Al Qaeida leaders… you get the idea. But Israel must surrender to Hamas.

If Nick Clegg (Deputy Prime Minister – why does that sound so strange still) actually believes there is a humanitarian disaster in Gaza then why does he not attack the prime cause of that disaster, namely Hamas. No-one is starving in Gaza (see my post here)

And why do none of them ask Egypt to open ITS borders? Are they so new in office that they are not aware that Egypt lets in absolutely ZIP!

Update: The Egyptians have decided to open the Rafah crossing.  But what exactly is coming through?

Update: David Miliband is no better just to be politically balanced on this. Politicians say what they think they should say, that’s why they are politicians.

I’m not Jewish, I’m an agnostic but I believe Israel has a right to exist in peace and to defend herself when necessary. I manage to believe this in spite of the anti-Israeli bias and outright lies of the UK media and various Western governments (including our own Cleggerons). Condemning Israel for protecting herself against the likes of Hamas, Hizbollah and any other kind of Islamic hate group is the worst kind of hypocrisy. What did the US and UK do after 9/11? They invaded Iraq, a country which has yet to be proven to have anything to do with the New York atrocity. We’ve seen what intervention has wrought in Iraq; more deaths than even Saddam could dream of. With the tyrant dead the fundamentalists moved in and if they prevail we will be looking down the barrel of another Iran. As for the current US administration, Obama wants the EU to open the floodgates to Turkey, a country sinking into hardline Islamism. How breathtakingly stupid is that? But then, what can one expect from someone who thinks that Austrian is a language? His “diplomacy” towards Israel is both cowardly and shameful.

I’m not alone in believing the evidence of my eyes rather than the recycled, taken on dumb faith, uninvestigated rhetoric put about by our dimwitted press and even more dimwitted politicians. A large proportion of my local Joe and Joan public aren’t fooled. But then, we are mostly of a certain age, having been educated to think for ourselves and weigh up the evidence we find. Little wonder the nanny state doesn’t want to see the return of Grammar schools.

I’m not one of the people who voted for the Cleggerons. I voted UKIP because they appear to be the only true common sense conservatives in the mix. The main three parties are blinkered socialism cubed. Who would want to vote for them? Oh wait…

I found your blog via a friend in Malaysia. He is of English extraction, a practising Christian with Muslim friends in a country that is further down the path to Islamification than we are. We discussed the “peace” flotilla at length. Having lifted the lid on the story for himself, he now sends me links he finds, yours included.

As an aside, I was shopping in my local Morrisons a few weeks ago and picking through a box is Israeli Nicola new potatoes (tasty and good value for money). A young woman, she looked like a student, was selecting English potatoes and remarked rudely that some people should know better than to support you know who. I turned to her and informed her that if she could point me to the Palestinian spuds, or any other Palestinian produce, I would buy some of them too because I don’t have a bias against honest, hard working farmers. Not much she could say to that so she grabbed her spuds and left. The product of old fashioned socialist indoctrination…er…education no doubt.

You are not alone. While there are free-thinking Brits, Israel and Jews everywhere will always have friends in this country. We are not all caught up in the web of anti-semitic BS.
